August 9 – 11, 2013
Shobu Aikido Vermont hosts William Gleason Sensei, 7th Dan for our annual Summer Seminar. Shobu Aikido Vermont was the first dojo founded by one of Gleason Sensei’s senior students in 1992. We are very fortunate to have maintained a strong connection with Shobu Aikido Boston, and have been privileged to receive consistent high-quality instruction and guidance from Bill Senesi for these many years.
After missing the seminar last year due to building renovations required after severe damage form Tropical Storm Irene, we are very excited to have Sensei back again.
Please join us on the mat.

Time for spring cleaning, and preparation for the new growth that will begin soon. The class schedule will be suspended during April 2-9, for a break in the action, and will pick up again on April 11.
Only a brief rest, and then our doors will be open again.
Given that self-defense is one of the principles that we try to practice at all times, when the weather is predicted to make for dangerous driving, it only makes sense for us to retreat, and roll around another day.
Stay safe, and see yo on the mat, next time.
The Woodstock Recreation Department Little Theater Building is back in action after renovations from the severe damage done by the flood waters of Irene last August. First displaced from our main location by the storm, and then by circumstance from our satellite practice space, we are happy to be on the mat once again.
Please come by to visit and inquire about traditional Aikido training for a busy modern world.
